•    Retainer: A non-refundable retainer is required to book. It’s only refunded if you cancel at least one week before or if I can’t provide the service.
    •    Final Payment: Family, maternity, and couple sessions: Due 2 days before the session.
    •    Weddings: Due 2 weeks before the wedding.
    •    Cancellations & Rescheduling: You can reschedule for weather or emergencies (based on availability).
    •    If you cancel last-minute or don’t show up, full payment is still owed.
    •    Photo Delivery: You’ll receive your online gallery within 2–3 weeks, weddings 4 weeks and you get printing rights.
    •    Copyright: I keep the copyright and can use images for marketing. Clients can’t edit or apply filters to the photos.
    •    Late Policy: There’s a 10-minute grace period. After that, I can’t extend the session, and full payment is still due.
    •    Travel Fees: Anything more than 30 minutes from Fresno may include a mileage-based travel fee.
